As the founder of Cruz Design Studio and the Cruz Design Collective, Jillian leads the creative direction and overall vision for each project. She focuses on thoughtful space planning, custom curbless bathroom design, and Hunter Douglas window treatment solutions.Â
Working alongside a trusted network of designers and trade partners, Jillian oversees projects from concept to completion, ensuring every space reflects both strong design and expert craftsmanship.
Kathy brings 15-year background experience in bathroom renovations and flooring transformations, with a strong background in product knowledge, client consultation, and material selection. She spent 15 years at Avalon Flooring helping clients choose hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet solutions based on budget, design, and function. Her earlier career in luxury retail, including Prada and Fratelli Rossetti, refined her eye for presentation, aesthetics, and client service.
David Schaf is the founder and principal designer of David Schaf Interiors, a full-service design firm specializing in residential and commercial interiors. His work focuses on creating elegant, welcoming environments tailored to the personality and lifestyle of each client. David approaches each project with a highly personal design process, blending architectural planning, material selection, and interior styling to create spaces that feel both refined and livable.
