With over a decade of experience in residential and commercial design, materials, and installation estimating, Jillian has worked closely with homeowners, contractors, and trades to bring renovation projects from concept to completion. Her background in both design and project estimating provides a unique advantage when planning spaces that are not only beautiful, but practical to execute.

 

Throughout her career, Jillian has seen firsthand what makes a renovation successful, and what causes projects to go wrong. She has worked alongside talented craftsmen and contractors, while also hearing countless stories from homeowners who felt overwhelmed, misled, or frustrated during their renovation process.

 

Like many homeowners, Jillian has also experienced the challenges of renovating her own homes. Navigating unreliable contractors, unclear communication, and unexpected setbacks reinforced her belief that homeowners deserve better guidance and access to trusted professionals.

 

Those experiences became the inspiration for Cruz Design Collective.
