Kathy brings over two decades of experience helping clients transform their homes through thoughtful renovation and product expertise. With deep knowledge across hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet, she specializes in guiding homeowners through the renovation process from inspiration to installation.
Before joining Cruz Design Collective, Kathy spent 15 years as a Product Specialist and Sales Associate at Avalon Flooring, where she developed a reputation for consultative design guidance and exceptional client service. She works closely with clients to select materials that balance design, durability, and lifestyle needs.
Her background in luxury retail—including Prada, Cole Haan, and Fratelli Rossetti in New York—shaped her strong eye for aesthetics, merchandising, and presentation. Kathy combines this design sensibility with real renovation experience, making her an expert in flooring transformations and bathroom renovations.
